Dr. Paul P. Mok, founder of Communicating Styles Technology (CST) and Training Associates Press. Dr. Mok is a graduate of Cornell University and obtained his masters and doctorate degrees from Harvard University where he was a Tinkham Fellow, a Milton Fellow and won three consecutive Lehman Scholarships for university-wide academic excellence. He copyrighted the Communicating Styles Survey and eighteen other Communicating Styles publications with the U.S. Library of Congress at various times.

Dr. Mok is among the first psychologists to have applied the Jungian psychology types to communication in organizations, corporations, hospitals, banks, and professional firms, the AICPA and other organizations (profit and non-profit) . This pragmatic approach has received international praise from companies and continues to empower through providing self–education materials.

Christopher P. Mok, President of Communicating Styles Technology, Inc. and Training Associates Press received his B.S. and Masters from Golden Gate University. He also obtained his C.P.A. in Texas and is an Accredited Business Intermediary. Chris Mok brings a pragmatic view to organizations striving to improve communication, teamwork and results. He is also the founder and president of Business Search and Consulting, Inc. and Business Search Group which provide full service in the areas of business combinations, strategic alliances, acquisitions, mergers and divestitures.

Communicating Styles Survey has been administered to more than four million individuals in more than five thousand corporations and other organizations; this is the data base for which over the years has supported and extended the face validity of this descriptive instrument. The survey is used all over the world and is now available in Spanish and Portuguese.
